MADE-TO-ORDER 

All items are made to order and require up to 3 weeks to produce and ship. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email info@qon.world if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.

At this time all orders are shipped using for free with DHL. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with DHL with your tracking number.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All orders placed over $1,000 USD require a signature to be delivered, please follow along with your delivery notifications to ensure your packages reach you safely.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently offer FREE international shipping via DHL. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

If you need your purchase in a hurry, we offer express shipping at checkout. All express shipments are sent via DHL.
