Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria. We offer full refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
If you would like to start a return, please email info@qon.world with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that we do not cover the costs of return shipping.
We aim to process return requests within 48 hours of receiving your return parcel. please note that slight delays may occur during new collection launches.
After your refund has been processed, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment method.
PLEASE NOTE
A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and items must be unworn and in their original condition with original packaging to be accepted and processed. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or are in unsellable condition. We do not cover the costs of return shipping.
Faulty items
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives with manufacturing faults, please report this to customer service at info@qon.world within 14 days of delivery for a replacement, repair, or refund.
Items with manufacturing faults discovered after wear must be reported within 2 months of purchase. please note that items damaged due to incorrect garment care or general wear and tear are not considered faulty.
